At ITPOTP Training, we are committed to offering engaging and effective fitness solutions for individuals aged 5 to 80. Whether you want to improve strength, flexibility, or overall health, we have the perfect program tailored for you.

 

We provide 1-on-1 Personal Training at a private facility in Portland, as well as in-home private sessions for individuals across the state of Connecticut. We also offer a variety of group exercise classes.

 

In addition to our fitness programs, we organize fundraising events and community activities through our initiative, A Fight Against Cancer. We collect donations for cancer research and awareness, and we strive to support individuals in overcoming all types of traumatic experiences.

In Home 1/1 Personal Training

Struggling to find time to go to the gym? Try our In-Home Personal Training service. Enjoy private 1-on-1 training sessions in the comfort of your home, office, or at a nearby track. Exercise equipment is provided. Make time to work out more consistently and improve your health.
