At ITPOTP Training, we are committed to offering engaging and effective fitness solutions for individuals aged 5 to 80. Whether you want to improve strength, flexibility, or overall health, we have the perfect program tailored for you.
We provide 1-on-1 Personal Training at a private facility in Portland, as well as in-home private sessions for individuals across the state of Connecticut. We also offer a variety of group exercise classes.
In addition to our fitness programs, we organize fundraising events and community activities through our initiative, A Fight Against Cancer. We collect donations for cancer research and awareness, and we strive to support individuals in overcoming all types of traumatic experiences.
At In The Power Out The Pain, we are passionate about advocating for health and wellness. Our goal is to provide individuals with the tools to achieve their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

In Home 1/1 Personal Training
