If you have balancing, coordination and flexibility issues, Naji’s Chair Fitness Class is the one to take.

Naji watches and listens to each client and will adjust the workout so that it is pain free, but at the same time builds your strengths. Every week the workout is different, as Naji concentrates on making each one of us stronger.

The classes are no judgement and Naji makes it fun and I can’t believe how far I have come in a short time. GIVE THE CLASS A TRY!

I really enjoy the Sunday morning Mobility class. Naji changes it up so it's never boring. Naji has a great instinct for what areas his trainees need help with. The classes are small and the price is right
